Salmon, Brussels sprouts & Radish [En]
Hello friends as you all know I am up for easy and quick recipes. This recipe had already been posted on all my social media but without proper measures. I was posting while cooking. I made this dish from pure laziness. I got off work late and did not want to do anything that would take me a long time. Indeed when my husband asked me how the dish is called, I told him "I got off from work late, I did not know what to cook so I put everything in the oven' dish". My sister Phanie Kone told me to call it "got off work meal".
I decided to bake a big piece of salmon. Fish is easy to cook and do not require much time before it is done. Professionals recommend to eat fish at least twice a week.
Ingredients for 4:
- 15 ounces of salmon filet
- 1 tablespoon of butter or 15 grams
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 sprig of parsley
- 5 ounces of Brussels sprouts
- 5 ounces Radish
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 ounces of Grated Swiss cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 350 F
- Pour the lemon juice on salmon
- Add grated garlic, salt, pepper, butter on salmon.
- Detach parsley and spread it over the salmon filet.
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes
- Into a small baking dish arrange Brussels sprout and radish
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over it
- Add milk until it reaches the dish halfway
- Cover the dish with the grate cheese....and feel free to add more
- Put it in the oven for 15 mins
Suggestion: This dish can be eaten as it is or served with a scoop of rice too.
