[EN] Plantain cake

Do you want to surprise your guests with an innovative appetizer? Well I got the perfect one for you. One simply made with plantain and eggs. Plantain for appetizer? Yes, why not! It is time to change things up a little. For my official blog launching, I made a plantain cake for my guests. The result was amazing, and they loved it. At first, I wanted to put some vegetables inside but since my sisters Liline and Ange do not really like vegetables, I had to abandon the project. Usually vegetables will add a strong and delicious flavor to this cake, but w hen having guests you have to find the perfect middle to please everybody.
