Madeleines [En]

Hello, I just want to thank everyone of you for visiting my blog and for the support. Please do not forget to suscribe to get recipe on time. Here is the original recipe of Madeleines. I already have the recipe for Madeleines with Cerelac, but I get asked mostly  if anything else can be add else besides Cerelac. Yes, Yes, and Yes! The idea is to make plain madeleines and add flavors like lemon zest, chocolate chips, orange zest, rhum extract, passion extract, and more....

Ingredients for 30 pieces

  • 175g (6oz) of flour
  • 50g (2oz) of corn starch
  • 175g (6oz) of sugar
  • 100g (3.5oz) of melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 8g  baking powder 
  • 2cl (1.5 tablespoon) of milk
  • Madeleine Pan


  • Preheat the oven at 380 Fahrenheit (200° Celsius).
  • Mix the butter, the eggs and the Sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the flour and the baking powder.
  • Add the milk.
  • Prepare the pans by putting butter and flour lightly. If you have a nonstick pan it is better so you do not have to repeat the step each time you remove the cooked madeleines.
  • Fill each madeleine hole at 3/4.
  • Put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
