Easy Mixed Berries Cobbler [En]
My son started to cry as I was mixing the ingredients. He is just 18 months old and this is his favorite dessert. Yohan and his Dad can finish this dish without even asking if I care for a tiny piece. Yohana, my daughter barely eats fruits so they do not bother about her too. This recipe is a mixed berries cobbler with a crunchy biscuit layer on top coated with sugar and cinnamon.
Ingredients for 4
- 1lbs of mixed berries
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 5 jumbo biscuit dough (recipe if the store does not carry)
- 1 baking dish
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 375°F
- Put 2 tbsp of sugar in the berries
- Put it in a baking dish
- Add the cornstarch
- Cut the biscuit dough in small pieces
- Mix the rest of the sugar, the cinnamon, and the flour
- Coat the biscuit pieces and put them on top of the berries
- Put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes
