Fettucine Chicken Carbonara [En]

Hello my dear readers, hope you guys did not miss me too much. Last week had been full of events. I am sure people familiar with the military will understand. I am currently, in the military, specially the United States Navy. I have been in for 4 years and done one deployment. Let's get back to this recipe, which is my daughter favorite dish. If it was up to her, Mommy Sinaba would be cooking it everyday. I added spinach and mushrooms because she is not a vegetables lover and I always have to find a way for her to eat them.  It is an easy recipe to make and should take less than 30 minutes to get ready. We onced ordered it for a well known food chain and disliked it because there was not enough cheese, meat and the onions were cut too big. I did not grew up eating this dish a lot but I have it now on a regular basis and plan to try the vegeterian version soon.
