Zucchini noodles with Lamb [En]

Last month I got a vegetable pasta maker for less than $5 at the Ross store. I was so excited to finally get one for cheap, but a little anxious deep inside that it would be low quality. I always wanted to try veggie noodles. I bought some zucchini on my way home with lamb. This was a easy recipe to realize did not take much time.



  • Preheat the oven at 400F
  • Season the lamb powder seasonings and let it marinade.
  • Make the vegetable noodles and ad a bit of the powder seasonings
  • Add a little bit of vinegar to the noodles
  • Reserve the noodles in the fridge so it will not get spoiled.
  • Grill the lamb on each side, cover it with foil, and put it in the oven to evenly cook it on the inside.
  • Keep the lamb in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • If the meat is taking too much time just do cuts on the meat to let the blood out.
