Green Marinade [En]

So my faithful reader, asked me why his green "sauce" was not published yet. My husband called the marinade, sauce and I do not think he knows the difference. I use this mixture to marinate chicken mostly but, you can use it on all kinds of meats.

Ingredients:
-one bunch of parsley
-one bunch of green onion
-three garlic bulbs
-two spoons of salt
-two spoons of black pepper
-two spoons of oil
-one spoon of vinegar
-a little bit of ginger

Mix all the ingredients and do not add water.
