Cubed Steak with potatoes [En]

For lunch today I opted for cubed steaks. I found them delicious and savory. The indentations make it easy for the spices to enter the meat and because of it you do not have to marinate your meat hours prior or days before. You will get all the flavors inside the meat. So for my recipe I use 1 pack of cubed steak and there is usually 4 steaks inside. Keep in mind that my recipe are always for 2, so double all ingredients accordingly or reduce if you are cooking for one.


Seasonings :
- 1 teaspoon (1tsp) of black pepper
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of salt

Mix the seasonings and add it to the meat. Make sure you get it on both sides of each steaks.
Use olive oil or butter to gril the steaks into a pan. on high so that they get brown on each side. You will notice that there is blood coming out of the steaks. At this point you can either put it in the oven on 350F for 15 min so they get cooked all the way inside if you do not like you meat rare or cover the pan with a lid or foil so the heat will be trapped and cook your steak very well.

For the potatoes take the amount you can eat, cut them into cubes, boil them for 5 mins and then deep fry them or fry them regular into a pan with vegetable, canola oil or any type of oil you got.
Garnish with some salad and condiments.
